HOW CAN I MAKE A PAYMENT?

You can use PayPal to pay quickly and securely.
To pay with PayPal, follow the steps below.
Open your shopping cart Click on “Checkout with PayPal” or select PayPal as the payment option during the standard checkout process You will be automatically redirected to the PayPal site to complete your transaction When you are done, you will be automatically returned to Kenzul Atlas to complete your order If you have specific questions about PayPal, please contact them directly.
Kenzul Atlas does not have access to your PayPal account and cannot place an order on your behalf using PayPal.
Credit card
You can use your credit card to pay for your products. We accept MasterCard, American Express and Visa.
iDEAL
You can also pay for your products with iDEAL. Visit www.ideal.nl for more information about iDEAL payment.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
All orders at Kenzul Atlas are shipped by registered mail with PostNL or DHL. The shipping costs within the European mainland are a fixed rate of € 4.00.
If your order is over €40, you are eligible for free shipping within mainland Europe.
WHEN DO I QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING?
If your order is over €40, you qualify for free shipping.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
When you place an order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive another email with shipping information. Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier (PostNL or DHL) has collected your package from our distribution center.
For orders within the Netherlands and Belgium you can expect to receive the products within 2 working days.
For orders within mainland Europe, you can expect to receive your order within 3-5 working days.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes, it is very easy to track your order. Once you have made a purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email along with your tracking number.
HOW IS THE SHIPPING PACKAGED?
The products are securely packed in a bubble plastic envelope. To ensure that the products arrive safely at you, we use a courier company (DHL or Post NL).
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Refunds
It's important to us that you love Kenzul Atlas products as much as we do! In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied
with one of our products, you can return the product, provided it is in its original condition, within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund of the purchase price.
Please note: Only products purchased online from the Kenzul Atlas website will be accepted for return. If you purchased any of our products from another online store or retailer, please contact them directly.
Dispatch:
To return your product, send an email to info@kenzulatlas.com and include your invoice/order number. We will send you instructions on how to return the item.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not reimbursed.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
